I decided to take up Pole Dancing to get fit and, more importantly, build my confidence. I have only had 3 lessons so far but have already noticed such a difference!
Tess really is inspiring, she guides you at a comfortable pace and teaches such a variety of tricks and floorwork that at the end of the lesson you really feel as though you have really acheived something. Lessons are fun and interesting and you never feel under pressure. Class sizes are small so you really get the most out of your lesson.
Tess is positive and encouraging and makes you feel incredibly at ease, plus the learning doesn't end when the lesson finishes as she will give you ideas to practice at home to improve your strength and flexibility for the next lesson!

I have had 3 lessons with Tess now and love every second im there! :-) Tess is a lovely person, she explains things, shows you and then goes through it all again, guiding you step by step. I am so pleased to have found such an amazing, genuine pole teacher!

Tess inspires me with her performances into giving 100% and being confident with my style...not everyone elses, and also reminds me to keep the 'dance' element of pole in.

She is a brilliant teacher - explains things brilliantly - breaks it down in bits to understand it, will show yout the move and guide you - she is kind, understanding, fun, strong and powerful etc and will push you if you want - she understands your limits but gives you the confidence to push yourself to get better at a level that's right for you.

Her lessons are great fun and keep me focused on my goals (which i love) - constantly helping me to get better, trying new moves and ones i may have difficulties getting.

It's hard to write just how much Tess has helped me, just thank you so much for being you and being a great teacher and also being such a great dancer. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Whats not to say about Tess????She is amazing!Such a talented,inspirational,lovely lady!I love her pole classes and have gained so much from them.I always feel safe,supported and inspired and will continue to have her as my instructer for as long as she'll have me! :o) You rock Tess!!! xx

Lovely teacher.
Clear instruction just the right pace. Gets you looking fabulous! Safety in mind at all times, so you feel secure in what your doing, and encouraged too - so you can max yourself out! The perfect combination of dance, trick and flow to make you the complete dancer.

I just had my first lesson after 5 years of not pole dancing, i felt comfortable, supported and praised! Tess is a very good pole dancing teacher and excellent pole dancer. Showing how to work the floor and on the pole by connecting moves gracefully. A real confidence booster and great for keeping fit! I really enjoyed myself and look forward to my next sessions and i really want my own pole! Thanks Tess!

TESS is the most amazing pole dancer and instructor that you will ever meet. Her passion and enthusiasum encourages you to learn pole from the basic to the most advanced moves. Tess will teach you how to pole and execute all pole tricks at your own pace and capability, as her knowledge, skill, patience and understanding of the pole is something to be seen and appreciated. After Tess's masterclass I've been re-inspired She is a very patient teacher with bundles of talent & innovative ideas and I really hope she comes back again soon because I'll be the first person to sign up - thats for sure.

Tess Taylor's Workshop was a fab experience and an absolute pleasure to be part of! As I come from a fitness background I loved the fact she kept everyone warm with options for the beginner and advanced in the strength training section. The way she broke down every trick was refreshing and everyone could manage something at whatever level they were at. It was great to learn new moves like the Zig Zag as these are moves I physically had NO IDEA how I would get into without expert guidance!! On a personal level it was beautiful to see Tess had time for everyone she met, giving advice to everyone and anyone. She is not a Diva, yet she is way up there in the pole idols of Great Britain!!! A lovely person and all round fabulously strong Pole Dancer. Love Her, wanna be her... The End!!!

My workshop with Tess Taylor was a long awaited one! and she was well worth the wait! I am not the most advanced pole student and at some masterclasses I have been made to feel like i was wasting their time!!! which is a bit soul distroying but Tess made me feel like i could do anything and by the end of it I was trying moves I never dreamt I would have the guts to attempt!

Tess is a lovely, patient experianced and amazingly uniquely talented pole dancer and I feel privalidged to have had the opertunity to have had a class with her. I have come away with new moves, increased confidance and a real sense of I CAN do this!! and lots to work on!

I hope to go to more of Tess`s work shops when they pop up!

I truely enjoyed it!
