What to Wear

Firstly please do not moisturise or apply lotions on the day of your class, this will make it very hard to grip and the poles will become slippy.

BRUISES- yep you may bruise from time to time especially after your first few lessons but with experience and time it should happen less- talk to the instructor if you do have any concerns

Clothing- its simple wear something you feel comfortable in but do make sure you have all the essentials safely tucked away...but bare arms & legs needed.... Short & Tshirt / vests are the favourites allowing for more grip on the pole.

Footwear- When working with the Pole we will start barefoot always until you find your feet so to speak... then I will encourage those who feel comfortable to bring heeled shoes ( use a pair that you would'nt mind getting a little scuffed ) heels are not complulsory but I love working in a gorgeous shoe... it does add a whole new dimension to your performance plus workout.............do give it a go.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLED WATER & SMALL HAND TOWEL....your gonna work up a sweat.
